Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx from our office in Seoul, Korea.  Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5 - 15 business days to deliver.

Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise.  We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers.

*Due to COVID-19 there is redueced air capacity, therefore please allow for a possible 48 hour delay.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6pm (KST / GMT+9:00). All orders placed on the weekend will ship the following business day. We do not provide or cover international return shipping costs. If you refuse any shipments from DELIGHTPOOL you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to DELIGHTPOOL. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Your delivery may be subject to duties and taxes charges by your country's customs department via our couriers FedEX. How duties, taxes, and other customs fees are treated varies depending on what country you are shipping to. Please note that as the recipient you are responsible for all import fees which can vary depending on country. If you have any further queries on this we recommend your contact your local customs office for more information. We are unable to refund any import tax / duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require addtional tax / duty for import to delivery destinations outside Korea.
